Configura\u00e7\u00e3o Geral<\/h3>\n<p>Na sec\u00e7\u00e3o Configura\u00e7\u00e3o Geral, pode encontrar as seguintes op\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Nome da loja<\/h4>\n<p>O dom\u00ednio da sua Loja (confirme que tem o my.shopify.com inclu\u00eddo)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>A loja est\u00e1 ativa<\/h4>\n<p>Por defeito, o estado desta op\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 ativo, pelo que pode ocorrer comunica\u00e7\u00e3o entre a Shiptimize e a sua loja Shopify e vice-versa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Atualizar o c\u00f3digo de rastreamento na loja online<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Quando esta op\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 ativa ocorre a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do c\u00f3digo de rastreio para a sua loja quando declara os envios (depois de criar as suas etiquetas) na plataforma de Shiptimize ou no back office da sua loja. As encomendas n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o importadas automaticamente; ter\u00e1 de ser o pr\u00f3prio utilizador a iniciar o processo de importa\u00e7\u00e3o na plataforma Shiptimize na sec\u00e7\u00e3o Envios &gt; Importar da loja.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Importa\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica quando a encomenda \u00e9 criada:<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Selecione esta op\u00e7\u00e3o para importar automaticamente as encomendas assim que estas s\u00e3o criadas na sua loja. A importa\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre apenas no momento em que a encomenda \u00e9 inicialmente criada.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Importa\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica quando o estado da encomenda \u00e9 alterado:<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Opte por esta op\u00e7\u00e3o para importar automaticamente as encomendas quando o seu estado \u00e9 alterado (nomeadamente para pago\/atualizado). Esta op\u00e7\u00e3o permite ainda que sejam efetuadas altera\u00e7\u00f5es aos envios mesmo ap\u00f3s a importa\u00e7\u00e3o (por exemplo escolha de ponto de entrega ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o da compra). \u00c9 de salientar que as atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es da encomenda s\u00f3 ser\u00e3o importadas at\u00e9 \u00e0 declara\u00e7\u00e3o do envio (cria\u00e7\u00e3o de etiquetas). Ap\u00f3s a declara\u00e7\u00e3o do envio, as atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es da encomenda n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o importadas.<\/p>\n<h4>Excluir m\u00e9todos de envio desconhecidos<\/h4>\n<p>Por defeito, esta op\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 desativada. Se tiver mais do que um m\u00e9todo de envio criado na sua loja, ao excluir m\u00e9todos de envio desconhecidos, evitar\u00e1 que as encomendas relacionadas com m\u00e9todos de envio para entrega local e recolha local (estes s\u00e3o m\u00e9todos de envio configurados no Shopify em separado) sejam importadas para a plataforma Shiptimize.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Excluir encomendas j\u00e1 arquivadas manualmente ou que j\u00e1 est\u00e3o pagas e processadas<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Esta op\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 ativa por defeito. Quando esta op\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 selecionada, todas as encomendas arquivadas manualmente, pagas e processadas n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o importadas, ou seja, evita a importa\u00e7\u00e3o das encomendas que possam existir na sua loja anteriores \u00e0 integra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h4>Ao atualizar o estado da encomenda para processado, ignorar as atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es dos itens<\/h4>\n<p>Ao ativar esta op\u00e7\u00e3o, o estado do processamento da encomenda ser\u00e1 atualizado independentemente do estado dos v\u00e1rios itens presentes nesta. Assim, ocorre o processamento da encomenda mesmo se n\u00e3o houver uma correta configura\u00e7\u00e3o dos itens na loja ou n\u00e3o utilize o Shopify para a gest\u00e3o de stocks.<\/p>\n<h4>Que estado ser\u00e1 definido aquando da entrega?<\/h4>\n<p>Esta op\u00e7\u00e3o permite-lhe definir o estado que ser\u00e1 atribu\u00eddo \u00e0 sua encomenda ap\u00f3s a entrega. Pode deix\u00e1-la em branco ou selecionar a op\u00e7\u00e3o &#8220;entregue\u201d.<\/p>\n<h4>Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o por defeito<\/h4>\n<p>Nesta op\u00e7\u00e3o, pode definir uma localiza\u00e7\u00e3o predefinida para funcionar como alternativa. Se a encomenda n\u00e3o tiver nenhuma localiza\u00e7\u00e3o atribu\u00edda, a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o selecionada aqui ser\u00e1 utilizada como predefini\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Estados das encomendas a importar<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Nesta sec\u00e7\u00e3o pode selecionar em quais os estados as encomendas necessitar\u00e3o apresentar para poderem ser importadas para a plataforma Shiptimize, quer de forma manual ou autom\u00e1tica ou poder\u00e1 ser emitida etiqueta diretamente do back office da loja.<\/p>\n<p>Por defeito, encontram-se ativadas as op\u00e7\u00f5es que permitem a importa\u00e7\u00e3o de encomendas pagas e n\u00e3o processadas, o que significa que todas as encomendas pagas, mas que n\u00e3o tenham sido processadas (sem dados de rastreio) estar\u00e3o aptas a serem transferidas para a plataforma Shiptimize ou permitir\u00e3o que seja impressa a etiqueta de envio no back office da loja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1352 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/support.shiptimize.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture-6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"2135\" height=\"1335\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.shiptimize.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture-6.png 2135w, https:\/\/support.shiptimize.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture-6-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/support.shiptimize.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture-6-1024x640.png 1024w, https:\/\/support.shiptimize.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture-6-768x480.png 768w, https:\/\/support.shiptimize.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture-6-1536x960.png 1536w, https:\/\/support.shiptimize.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture-6-2048x1281.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2135px) 100vw, 2135px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5 &#8211; Livro de Regras de Envio<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No separador Livro de Regras de Envio, encontrar\u00e1 o link para o Livro de regras.<\/p>\n<p>O livro de regras permite a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de regras que definem qual a transportadora, solu\u00e7\u00e3o de envio e\/ou op\u00e7\u00e3o extra a utilizar para cada tipo de encomendas proveniente de uma loja online ou de uma importa\u00e7\u00e3o CSV.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 importante notar que os m\u00e9todos de envio (descri\u00e7\u00e3o do envio e valor do envio apresentados ao cliente no momento do check-out) s\u00e3o configurados na loja on-line. O livro de regras faz a convers\u00e3o entre os m\u00e9todos de envio presentes na loja e a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte desejada de acordo com as carater\u00edsticas da encomenda (peso, destino, n\u00edvel de servi\u00e7o escolhido no check out\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>Os princ\u00edpios fundamentais para a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das regras de envio s\u00e3o os seguintes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As regras criadas no livro de regras s\u00e3o cumulativas, pelo que a ordem pela qual s\u00e3o armazenadas \u00e9 importante.<\/li>\n<li>O utilizador deve prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o especial se houver regras em conflito. Nesse caso, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel adicionar mais carater\u00edsticas de envio para tornar as regras exclusivas ou utilizar a condi\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cInterromper processamento\u201d para evitar a sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o de uma regra com outra.<\/li>\n<li>As regras s\u00e3o baseadas numa ou mais carater\u00edsticas da encomenda.
